Good Colleagues. Decent support on your meetings with prospects.
Cons
They have you build a book of business for management to steal the client when they lay you off. Keep most account reps for a year and then they bring in a batch of new employees. All male employees and a misogynistic environment. False salary expectations during the interview process.
