While this does not reflect the experience of many of our employees, we value your perspective and are open to discussing how we can improve.
We understand that a direct feedback culture may not resonate with everyone. Many of our team members find it beneficial for growth, but we recognise that it can be challenging. We strive to maintain a respectful and constructive approach to feedback and are always working to improve how this is delivered.
Regarding the 360-degree feedback program, we want to highlight that we already have this system in place, along with regular employee surveys to give everyone the opportunity to provide honest feedback.
In terms of employee development, we are committed to providing opportunities for everyone, not just those in front office. We are actively working on expanding these at the moment.
We appreciate you bringing your concerns about vaping in the office to our attention. We will look into this immediately.
