Pros

The only good thing about this company is that they pay regularly

Cons

This company is a trap. You don't grow there, they don't give anything to motivate you, they will never raise your salary (even you are doing a great job), they only care about the hours that you work less (they don't count the extra hours). If you have an accident and a long sick leave, they fire you. I would never recommend this company to any person.

Pros

I am the current COO of the company. I would want to publish my name because I consider that with something as important as the company reviews in Glassdoor (so helpful for people taking important decisions in their lives) it is mandatory 100% of transparency. I am totally open to help with any possible doubt. I disagree Glassdoor policies, allowing people to publish 2, 3 or 100 of anonymous reviews without any kind of check. I want to clarify some points regarding our company: 1. Ethic has always been the top-level priority in the company. We have never fired people with any illness. Just the opposite, company shareholders have helped a lot of employees supplying them (or their close family) access to top-level medical professional when, unfortunately, it has been necessary. 2. Nowadays CEO, COO and 90% of middle company management are under 40. Furthermore, two managers (me included) are of millennial generation. Truly difficult to be old-minded with this context. 3. I joined the company when I was 25 years old. I was promoted 3 times in my first 4 years in the company. Under my management, different members of my team have been promoted (from developers to project managers). Even more, rate of promotions has increased in the past 18 months because we have started to bet for internal promotion when it is possible. 4. We are not a startup. Our decisions are always focused on long-term impact. We will never take decisions putting in risk the families of our employees. This is because we are a family, not numbers. Personal relations are important in our company and we are truly taking care of result-oriented and committed people. Of course, we may not take the same level of care of people continuously under performance (e.g. person potentially behind some of the bad company comments, who was fired this year). 5. We are getting more and more result oriented. Last year we introduced flexible policies for job schedule and one of our offices, which has grown + 130% in the last 4 years, has not any manager there. We rely on people there, we are proud of their work and we do not need to control them. The only important thing is their positive impact for the company. The same happens in our other offices. 6. We try to be 100% consistent with our decisions. Under my management, I have never hired a person with same role, skills (training, languages) and experience than other with a higher salary. As a manager, this is a top principle for me. 7. We have a great product and thanks to our investment and the great job of our incredible team, it will be much better in the following months. We have been working last 3 years in a strategic project with this objective in our top of mind. 8. We are a software vendor and consulting firm with huge clients. They put us under pressure everyday to improve our efficiency, innovation and processes. They are really demanding, but this help us to be better and better every year.

Cons

Of course, we have a lot of things to continuously improve. We are truly exigent with ourselves and we think we are currently working in all of them: 1. We are not a startup. We have 28 years of background. Thus, we are working on integrating different cultures and generations into a single high-level team. The objective of being international in the following months/years is really challenging. 2. We are not a startup. We have not table tennis or videogames zone in our offices. However, we should improve to attract talent for which these things are truly important. 3. We should improve our Training Plan. Training is more, more, more and more important in technology each day. This should be top-level priority for us.

Pros

The best of Vincle without any doubt is people that work there

Cons

It's an old-minded company where it is more important to pretend working than really working It was really frustating when someone start working there without knowledge of the software that you are developing and this person has a better level, a better salariy and you have to review constantly his job but you are not able to have the opportunity to grow up to the same level. It's better to not talk about the mandatory recovery of the hours that you have spent on doctors,
