      - Team used to be fun to hang with - Decent collaboration with certain teams - Helpful people

      Cons

      Supposed to have a start-up vibe, but ends up being a bureaucratic workplace. - Incredibly poor middle managers and HR function - They lied about certain benefits (and learning budgets) - Projects get boring and do not advance for months - They are incredibly AI-resistant, so you hit a lot of walls whenever you try making suggestions to improve the product by leveraging it - Many nepotism hires - Arbitrary revenue targets mean you do not usually get a good bonus at the end of the year
