Pros

Had the best time and made friends for life. Could eat chalet food Ski pass and ski rental included

Cons

Work insanely hard and very long hours. 7am - 11am, 5pm-10pm every day, with 16hr days on transfer day. Only had 1 day off per week on my season which was illegal. Had to sign all our time sheets at the start of season with much shorter hours. 8 people per dorm living wise. Top leadership team (out of resort) not nice or understanding.

Pros

Gets you to the alps for the season Skiing 6 days a week Big emphasis on the team and camaraderie is what keeps everyone going Socials organised Mainly lovely guests 2 days off per week (Wednesday and then another rotational) Whole group lives together Proper cooking training at the beginning

Cons

You'll work much harder than hosts at other companies because the standards are very high and everything is cooked from scratch (no central kitchen) Up to 8 people in a dorm room which you pay high rent for Poor management: favouritism, the better you are the harder your job gets and the worse you are the easier, lack of support if the guests are hard work
