      Pros

      Company has a very Good incentive structure. Friendly environment. If you will work hard then you can get such benefits which you will not get from any other companies.

      Cons

      Full night shift and no rotation in shifts. Nothing to learn from your job. Lot of pressure and less job security. if you work only for money then this is the place.

      Pros

      I have been working here for the past two years, and I must say this place has taught me a great deal and has significantly contributed to my career growth.

      Cons

      The only drawback I have noticed so far is that there should be an allowance provided for night shifts or any shifts other than the general shift.

      Pros

      I find VMEdu a nice place to work and grow as a professional. The work environment is very supportive, encouraging and resourceful. The senior management are very approachable and helpful.

      Cons

      No cons as such, I find it a positive experience.
