You will become extremely independent after working here as the team is small. Will have new colleagues all the time. Suitable for fresh graduate to gain experience for a short term.
Cons
Less opportunities for promotion or salary increase. People are being paid minimum wage even they work extremely hard and usually work overtime. Lowest salary in the industry. They value your 'loyalty' but not your performance or abilities. Probably because not many people is willing to stay for long. No proper training was given, but you will be seen as no common sense when you make mistake. Staff turnover rate is very high. Only few people stay for more than one year. Staff has no idea about the company plan, company direction, strategy etc... No structure, no human resources management. You are not allowed to take over 1 week holiday in high season because lack of manpower. Management has spent their time on writing the positive reviews here to attract people to work for them.
