      if you survive that hell, that pro is on you

      Cons

      - overtime work with no extra payment - very bad salary even after spending two years and received positive feedback from my then employer, I just got a raise proposal after I presented them my resign notice - they demand very high quality and performance for the pennies they pay you - no career opportunities whatsoever - no benefits at all - many uninteresting projects
