Pros
Nice office. Offer of a FREE Cruise. It's a paycheck
Cons
Poorly managed. Bad location. Inside office is nice. Outside looks liek a dump. Like going from Beverly Hills to Skid Row. Low pay. Yes you can make $1,000+ a week...sometimes. Average pay here is pitiful. There is a lot of talk right now from the democrats about raising the minimum wage to $15+. If that were to happen, everyone here at VSC in the sales room would get a raise. And that is counting top commissions with base. A lot o practices are unfair like promising spiffs based on card pulls and then letting the T/O's kick our card pulls out and even sugegsting to the client that they should cancel this transaction. Lost sales many times go to other reps and we get nothing even though we did the work. Cancellations also go to other reps while t he people who worked the deal get nothing. Management hopes you will never figure this out. If you do, they will terminate you and/or tell you at meetings that you have a bad attitude. Getting card pulls is hard enough in todays world of credit card fraud. We work hard at this. Why have all of this hard work go to someone who did nothing to earn it? Doesn't make sense. It's a rigged system. There is also a lot of stealing going on from lunches to cigarettes and more. Anything that is not nailed down. It started over a year ago and is still a problem.
