Pros

they have money have contacts to high profile people

Cons

- zero work life balance - micro managing ceo - will ask you why you are not in your seat and keep a note on your break timing - loves seat warmers - the ceo has constant mood swings - constant use of abusive words in the name of feedback - management is highly prone to favouritism - hires mostly bachelors and makes them work 12 hours per day. People have even worked at 2am-3am onsite - after making people slog, the maximum appraisal they will give you is about 10% no matter what salary bracket you fall into - no job stability, random firing, depends on ceo's mood. Will revoke you email id whenever she feels like

Pros

Opportunities to learn in e-commerce operations. Exposure to multiple tasks early in career.

Cons

Zero empathy when employees fall sick. Even with a valid medical certificate, management demanded repeated “proof” like lab reports, prescriptions etc as if employees are faking illness. Thus adding extreme mental stress to people who are already physically stressed due to illness. Management put pressure on seriously ill employees to attend calls, send updates, or even come to office physically while on certified medical leave. Miscommunications and purposefully defaming and blaming employees. even when you update and submit documents, the narrative is twisted to say you were “unresponsive.” Culture of mistrust and micromanagement — more energy spent policing employees than supporting them. Lack of professionalism in handling emergencies: instead of providing relief and support, employees are subjected to gaslighting, gulit trips and emotional harassment, even when they are sick.
