Pros
If you have just graduated and looking for an all round experience Valorem is the place to be. Excellent learning experience and great exposure at a young age. Growth can be tremendous if you can work hard and take the challenges thrown at you. Young talent at the firm makes the workplace fun to work at. Boss is a great mentor and you can learn a lot from him.
Cons
Work pressure is little high but depends on you if you can take it.
