None anymore, many changes in last 2 years and none for the good
Cons
Extremely high turnover, frequently fire people then apply gag clauses in order to receive severance pay, lack of advancement opportunities, very top heavy, completely focused on making money no matter the consequences, lack of communication.
None. If you are not part of the "club" you will never make it. They only promote favorites. Workforce is all older people who want you there 12 hours a day while they work half that
Cons
I have PTSD from working here. Not diverse. Everyone here is a VP. They hire them like they are going out of style. But they wont hire associate level employees to help with the workload. Everyone there wants to feel important with their title, but most of them have no clue what is going on. I know of at least 10+ people who have left over the last few months because of the office politics
