Pros

1: Great training opportunities — mostly in developing patience, tolerance, and survival instincts. 2: Perfect place to learn how to work under pressure, confusion, and unclear instructions.

Cons

1. “Disposable Employees” seems to be the HR philosophy here — zero job security, zero trust, and everyone treated like they’re just passing through. 2. It appears that management believes you don’t actually need knowledge of software engineering principles to lead engineering teams — just a title and a chair. If there’s confusion about how to build a team or execute a project, there are wonderful educational tools available, like Google, books, or, ideally, someone with experience.
