Pros

Overall it's a great company to work for. Simply get on with your work to the best of your ability and things are great. Good management, nice to be left to your own devices and work independently, but there is support when you need it (management are approachable). A good balance of being busy but without the stress. Every day is different so I don't get bored, and they make a reasonable effort for a remote team to get to know each other.

Cons

Fully remote has it's pros and cons, plus it would be nice to be able to meet more of the team in person.

I am currently working as a Sales Associate at Valutico and have loved my experience so far! I've never been at a company that provides help and support like the team at Valutico. They really prioritise their staff and make sure they're looked after. The whole team is really friendly as well and I'm looking forward to continue working with everyone!!
