      Pros

      Helping nursing home patients was a highlight.

      Cons

      The company was being sued by the federal government. The administrator was unethical. The executives knew it but supported him. The company couldn't always pay people on time. The nursing staff was terribly underpaid and, therefore, always understaffed.
