Not a good place to work

Pros

Can be exciting to hear about where the company is going.

Cons

Lack of professionalism, constant competition with peers. Always feeling like you must "watch your back". Dealing with superiors that hold their positions only because of personal relationships with owners - Most individuals in top roles have no experience and therefore have no idea how to manage employees, which results in constant dominating/crushing of employee spirit.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HOP FROM STATE TO STATE

Pros

In the beginning, the hours were flexible where you could work pretty much any hours you wanted as long as you worked your 8 hours. But as always things change when they bring in undeveloped so call management.

Cons

There not honest. They hop from state to state, leaving people without jobs. They apply for grant money because they have employees, once they get the money they lay people off. Do not work for this company.

Pros

If you have a pulse, you will be hired. If you fit the mold of the ideal citizen (any of the following: sociable [think high school ASB], moderately good-looking, sycophantic, one-trick pony), you will be promoted instantly. This can be good news for some, especially those looking for the illusive entry-level position in our broken economy. Perks include free snacks, casual dress code, free headphones, tons of autonomy. Truly opiate of the masses.

Cons

There is no justification for most of the decisions made here. This includes everything from investment decisions to marketing strategies to employee compensations. Management apparently throws a dart at a wall of potential salaries to determine your life-long salary. This can be disheartening to some, particularly those that value rational decision-making. For this reason, do not expect diligence or intelligence to be duly rewarded. Also, a lot of distracting office politics in recent times.
