If you have a passion for sales AVOID!! It will ruin it
Pros
-take pretty much anyone from what I noticed wether you have sales experience or not -free lunch once a week - pretty lenient with OT but you won’t want to work it since they burn you out anyway -
Cons
- you have no control of your schedule they say “it’s based off performance but people that would be top agents and have the worst schedule because “it’s needed” -the micro manage literally everything - no freedom in the sales process -they make you rebuttal and close until the customer signs up or hangs up on you which is a awful sales model -no one in management listens to what people say. They ask people when they leave the reason why they are and you can tell them but they won’t listen they think everything they do is the right way and only way -you make one mistake or error they will take money from you they send out updated contracts once a quarter at least with a ton of stuff that you don’t wish to read so they can hide all these ridiculous rules - this place will burn you out! - if you have a passion for sales don’t work here it will burn you out
