      Pros

      Compensation & Payroll processing. The On Site Maintenance staff team members I worked with were very friendly, helpful & reliable. I knew I could always count on them.

      Cons

      Minimal training assistance, absentee supervisor or supervision, careless team leadership with poor conflict resolution skills & a dysfunctional work environment on a regular basis.

      Still a growing company, so not a lot of room for growth at the moment. Love working here otherwise!
