      Pros

      - gives the opportunity to be strategic yet hands-on - get to work with some very brilliant people across the organization - in building mode, so requires being creative and innovative - great office culture; currently due to COVID there's more WFH - people are great to hang with

      Cons

      - it's not a 9-5 job, so might not be what some people are looking for
