Pros
VaxInnate encourages innovation and promotes team work. Each individual's contribution is highly visible and well recognized. Company is small but nimble and highly efficient. Teams are supportive and management is strong. There is plenty of room for career growth.
Cons
The future of small biotech is uncertain. Project is dictated by funding. Sometimes it can be insufficient. Resource is limited and timeline is always tight.
