      Pros

      No pros, worse place I've ever worked.

      Cons

      Low pay, huge amount of workload. They word company benefits in a way to entice you. Then when you want to use the employee benefit such as Half day Fridays, they say its only for employees who work 60hr plus a week. They lie when you join the company, they offer one thing then when starting the company they say we cant offer this or let you go on preplanned holidays etc.

      Climate of cooperation Flexible working style Working with a wide range of customers and stakeholders in the renewable energy sector

      Cons

      Company structure changing frequently, often leading to changes in internal processes Inhouse support relatively weak, especially on the IT side Lack of specialists due to mobility of human resources, therefore certain skills and knowledge will be required in prior to joining
