There is absolutely no proper management. Decisions are taken without planning, logic, or structure. • Managers and seniors behave like they are superior and untouchable, with zero respect toward employees. • Employees are constantly threatened instead of supported — no professionalism at all. • After working for months, they suddenly say “your CV doesn’t match the requirement” and force employees to resign within 1 hour, otherwise termination. • HR performs the worst job possible — they do not listen, they do not support, and even use unprofessional and abusive language. • Termination happens anytime, without valid reason — job security is 0%. • No structured feedback, no appraisal process, no clear policies. • Overall environment is mentally exhausting, toxic and disrespectful. I really dont understand how they say they are great place to work Everytime your system is monitored they have timechamp you can't even take system untouched more than 10 minutes

Work-life balance is non-existent. For developers, it’s even worse the company always holds them solely responsible whenever a bug appears. No one questions the testers even if the same bug exists on both the development and UAT environments. There’s no proper management, as priorities change every day. Developers are frequently shifted from one task to another and they alone are expected to close bugs before leaving for the day while testers and managers are free to go home. Work on weekends. Nothing to learn.
