Management is a joke, they are useless. Full of fake promises and will dangle pay rises, promotions and a bonus scheme in front of you without ever delivering on them. ‘Family’ business so you’re always below the family and they get all the benefits.

Cool products, nice office, pool table , TVs etc

No training or proper management to better yourself - The ceo often rocks up at lunchtime, then goes out for a long lunch, then has the cheek to say he finishes late... Quite funny looking back at it. If you are looking to get into sales/account management, don't waste your time.
