1. CEO is very arrogant and lacks knowledge about software development.
2. Japanese people that are hired gets additional favor although most of them lacks knowledge and have very poor management skill.
3. HR policy is not professional at all.
4. Japanese project managers are very unprofessional. Does not discuss anything with engineers rather impose burdens to them.
5. For unqualified and unprofessional Japanese members, Bangladeshi engineers has to take the blame if something does not go according to the plan because of CEO's arrogancy and blind trust for Japanese people.
