Everyone in the company is focused on the customer / execution. The company established rigorous Agile fundamentals and management attends all of our Sprint Reviews. If there are any issues/concerns, they are brought up during these reviews and other recurring meetings that we have as part of our Agile processes. If anyone is a weak player, it quickly becomes evident during these reviews and in the metrics. Note: In looking at the recent negative post, I felt compelled to post this review b/c it seems that someone is posting slanderous information. I completely disagree with what they are saying - Managers/Owners are very reasonable and fair when it comes to employees needs, work environment, overtime, etc.

Veratics is a vibrant company an amazing core group of employees and leaders. The company is focused on ensuring that our customer projects are delivered with 100% satisfaction. The company is focused on both Government and Commercial clients and has a good diversification of client and internal projects to keep employees engaged. The company has achieved several important milestones that I believe are quite impressive: 1) In 2017, Veratics was ranked in the top 20% of the Inc 5000 fastest growing companies in the United States. The company also just made the Vets50 (Top 50 fastest growing Veteran-owned companies in the United States). 2) CMMI Certification - Veratics has very well established processes and tools to maximize success on our programs. 3) DCAA Compliance - Veratics timekeeping and accounting system has been audited approved by the Government to do work as a Prime contractor with the Government. 4) Contract Vehicles - Veratics is successful GSA Schedule 70 Prime and has partnerships on many primary Contract Vehicles in the VA. 5) Donations: In 2017, Veratics donated approximately $50,000 to support important Veteran's causes, including Veteran Suicide prevention. 6) SDVOSB: Veratics is a VA-verified Service-Disabled Veteran owned business. 7) Mentor-Protege: Veratics is Highmark's Service-Disabled Owned Veteran Protege. The company is always trying to find innovative ways to improve corporate culture, involve key employees in various corporate initiatives, and empower employees to be successful. The company's rigorous processes have also made it difficult for non-productive employees to hide.... That is, if you're not a strong contributor, it will become noticeable and bubble up to the top quickly... They have had to let go of a few unproductive, disruptive and/or unethical individuals, but those are the right moves that make the company stronger in the end...
