      Pros

      Enjoy the clarity we are given from leadership on what success looks like. It’s a great place to work with a lot of flexibility and open work culture. The ceo is brilliant and driving the company forward.

      Cons

      Small startup so still working on the kinks when being on-boarded. However, a great team and you feel supported and comfortable asking questions to anyone.
