Pros
Verco's a good place to work. It's relatively small (about 35 employees) and therefore generally everyone's thoughts and opinions are heard - this is also helped by the fact its employee owned. It's fun, collaborative, and pretty much everyone is working towards the same goals. You get a lot of autonomy and freedom to use your initiative, but the support's there if you need it. You also get to work with some people who are at the top of their field, which you don't get every day.
Cons
You're surrounded by people who are really good, with top degrees, etc. You kind of need to keep learning to keep up. It's not competitive that way, it's just the way it is.
