      Pros

      Very good pay and benefits. We will get a chance to work with direct onsite people. We can learn a lot, not only technical, managing the things also. Good company for people who have passionate with open source technology Friendly employees and environment, but not seniors. Very good ambiance of office and amenities. Company will provide technical training to learn the things.

      Cons

      Learn to handle the pressure at times. Learn to see what is going on with your portfolio apart from your project. Should have a rapport communication with senior to grow faster We have to hardly manage the work to keep in mind of work life balance. You should learn the complex domain business rules to implement

      Pros

      Experience of complete software development lifecycle, lots of project are managed completely (working with clients from requirements gathering to implementation to monitoring to support) Naturally, that gives a chance to work and learn both technology and business.

      Cons

      The management is the worst. you have to play coy to the managers to get any awards/onsite trips or promotions. I have seen one of the top-level bosses behave cheaply with girls in the team. If you have seen Office(the US sitcom) then you will know exactly what i mean. there is no HR to keep a tab on these folks
