You can work your own schedule and work from home as an independent contractor which means you don't have to fight traffic or drink terrible office coffee.
Cons
Where to begin? Apparently everyone that works there absolutely hates their job because they are the most hateful, snippy, sarcastic bunch of crazies in the industry. If you ever challenge a QA, watch out, you are now in their crosshairs and the onslaught of bitchiness will not let up. Got out of that one quick. Phew!
Parking was free and there was always lots of parking spots available.
The toilet was a manual flush so it never flushed before it should have.
Cons
Unfortunately I'm sad to report that the 2014 review on here was 100% accurate as was the review on careerbliss.
"Many of us bailed on this company due to the management inadequacies of the owner. She rules through fear and bullying. You won't see that in the interview process, so beware. Ask why turnover is consistently very high. She claims that benefits are generous, but they are below average." - glassdoor review
"This is a horrible place to work. The CEO micromanages every aspect of every employee's job. Taking initiative is not only not encouraged, it is punished. If you're technical you will not do what you think your job was supposed to be. The platform you'll work on/maintain is written in ASP/VB Script (yes ASP not ASP.Net) and is very buggy and the CEO has no intention of replacing it. The turnover at the company is close to 100% per year! (yes 100%). Do yourself a favor and avoid this place." -careerbliss
In my experience promises were made which weren't kept including offering PTO as part of the benefits package & then saying it couldn't be used not even for medical appointments.
I've never seen employees treated so poorly. And many of the vendors were spoken to very unprofessionally. I felt embarrassed to be associated with the company.
I don't recommend working there.
