This company used to provide the foundation to work aggressive and make commission based on diligent work. No dress code.

Cons

Bait and switch. They will over promise huge commission checks and change pay structures. Management is hateful and the entire company are penny pushers. You will feel hopeless at this position.

After joking my new company it became obvious and in 2022 if you are not white I’m at vertava you are not getting a management role, I would love the EEOC to do a audit. this is a good ole boy/girl network if you are a minority looking to try and move up you should move on instead I was there long enough to see that it’s not likely to happen
