Pros

-Great Benefits from Canary Wharf Group (Medical and Dental insurance) -Discounted gyms -Great Location in Canary Wharf - Non Managerial Staff have been a pleasure to work with

Cons

Training was shambolic, you could tell concierge management were making things up as they went along. Started way too early before the building was ready, before residents had moved in and was basically watching an empty building during the Christmas period which was completely unfair. Bullying and Micromanagement from certain managers to the point where team members have cried and thought to leave with immediate effect. (Very Rude Management) No control or decision making over how we want to work as concierge, whatever management says goes and we are treated like we shouldn't question such decisions. If you have to leave for a family emergency, your pay will get cut for that day!

significant lack of proper training and clear procedures, making it difficult to succeed in the role. Leadership often resorted to pressure tactics and created a stressful atmosphere, leading to high employee turnover. Concerns raised were dismissed, which contributed to an overall negative work culture.

Pay was nice and the cleaner/engineers were very supportive

Cons

Management's demands were not operationally possible and sometimes conflicted with other things they wanted done. They really didn't like you talking back to them
