Verve Industrial Protection has an employee rating of 3.8 out of 5 stars, based on 17 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have a good working experience there.
Great Culture, Good Coworkers, lots of team communications, growing product and market, good pay, flexible and agile.
Cons
Some limited communications between different parts of the organization. Very flat job titles ("Software Engineer" goes up to positions that would normally have 'senior', 'principal', or even manager titles in other organizations.
They demonstrate their care for employees in many ways. They put great effort into keeping insurance premiums low and expanding benefits. Verve really seems to listen to their employees. The work-life balance is great the pay is fair. There are a lot of talented developers here and growth is always encouraged.
Cons
Sometimes the development side of the company seems a bit disconnected from the rest of the company's goals (efforts have already begun to remedy this). There are some of the standard growing pains that you see with all companies going through this phase (IT infrastructure needs to adapt, reporting structure is a little weird, lack of project management). Nothing major though.
