      1. Good projects. 2. Good Clients

      Cons

      1. No training given 2. No Guidance/help provided during project. 3. No heirarchy, no team leads, just you are by yourself 4. Director manages both technical and non technical which ends up getting bottle neck. 5. Poor management that even good projects feel like worst.
