Good benefits, global company, some people are lovely
Cons
As someone else said, they "pride" themselves on the values but it didn't really feel like they really mean them. There is favouritism and poor treatment galore. All disguised under the veil of kindness but it is all fake.

I have loved every minute of my journey with VetCT. I really feel like part of the family in such a short space of time and have already made lifelong friends. It is the first company that I truly feel supports their colleagues and encourages internal development. It is exciting to see the company continue to grow and develop and is a privilege to be a part of the journey. Victoria and Julien have created a great culture which is the foundation to the company’s success. I don't think you will find nicer CEOs than Victoria & Julien!
