Highly flexible and autonomous work atmosphere means you have to shout out yourself - you can't expect someone to teach you from A-Z with structural trainings Things often evolve sporadically such as projects, ad-hoc tasks - you're required to work very flexibly and collaboratively so it can be hectic at times Many are built from scratch - it's not a corporate where many things have protocol and structure established. No clear structure means exciting task of building one but it's also very challenging and pushes you to yield the best performance with limited resources
