Major blame culture with history of work place bullying

Most of the employees are great but they leave very quickly leave due to poor culture
Cons
Massive blame culture where people are blamed for issues rather than trying to identify how to empower employees to solve the issues they are facing. Was subjected too and witness opening bullying of individuals which seems to be tolerated and not suitably addressed.

Workers were very nice, a friendly atmosphere.
Cons
Poor management asking for not realistic targets. Harsh environment were denigrate employees was the norm. The group of VP were doing a lot of micromanagement.
