- If you are looking to get a visa for Germany - Good opportunity to learn product skills
Cons
- Very low salary for berlin average - Business-driven company. IT is put in the background and has no power over product decisions. - IT is not valued and often disregarded or forgotten in company successes - Opposition to new ideas/progress due to a lack of knowledge by the team lead - Promotions are given to people with a big mouth instead of people who truly deserve it - Management with god complex syndrome
