Pros

None, None, None, None, None, None, None for drivers They gave free credit in the beginning to riders and there sometimes cheap, good for riders.

Cons

- They entice you with fake rockets and force you to do long jobs, which equate to low pay. - The App is Horrible, Constant Mistakes, Suddenly cancels a job when you arrive at customer pick up. This proves unprofessional and embarassing when a rider enters car but the journey is cancelled. The map is flawed, it takes you through no entrys and one way roads, Dangerous as a risk of a penalty. This has happened not just with me, but with all 20 drivers i speak to. Viavan then encourage there drivers to text, Texting is illegal when driving, forcing drivers to pull over which can be difficult in central Londons with so many roads where you cant always stop. Viavan expect drivers to pull over and text, which is poor customer service when you have another rider waiting at the back for you to communicate with viavans useless support team who never have a clue. They have a poor operations team, i was recently invited for a meeting regarding a issue where i didnt pick up a rider 3 times. When i explained the app crashed once, the Viavan employee refused to believe me, I gave another reason, that the Viavan map wanted me to go into a no entry to pick up someone so i coudnt go and diverted the route and the app automatically cancelled the rider. Again the Viavan employee said, it happened 3 times and if it happens once more They will Suspend my account, Even though i have a 4.95 Rating, Always polite to customers. Viavan demonstarted in the meeting they dont care about there drivers, They dont care if i enter a No entry and pay a £65 Fine as long as i pick up rider and they make that £5, They dont care if App crashes, I must text them, even if im on a single road with no parking or no where to stop, at the same time they cheekily tell me not to text because its illegal, well Your the ones who designed this procedure and then penalise us either way. They will pay me for that ride in a few weeks, all i have to do is chase them up and remind them 10 times. Its Ridiculous.

Where do i start. The App itself is so Poorly designed, so many mistakes, even though they claim they are improving. False Incentives, they claim they will pay drivers £60 if they work 4 hours, but in reality, they dont, they take so many deducations, it works out approx £9ph, and the driver has to deduct running costs equating to £5-£6 a hour, below minimum wage. Viavan have made so many mistakes with my pay, every time you phone themm they dont have a clue and pass you to a email, once you email, you have to wait days for a reply, the whole routine can take over a week, meaning you get correct pay after 2 weeks, Its so poorly managed. I have been a taxi driver for 7 years, Addison Lee, Uber, MiniCabs. Viavan has by FAR been the worst of the lot. They bombard all drivers with emails, messages every day claiming its busy (Rocket rates), but its 95% of the times a fake, (1.1) I have wasted hours waiting for jobs, there was a day where i made only £6 in 4 hours, waiting for jobs at viavan. Viavan invited me in for a meeting due to me rejecting jobs. The problem is they dont have enough drivers, they want to be uber although they claim there competing with buses/trains. They are on a budget in terms of making profit because they have low fares. So they penalise the drivers, they will forcefully give drivers jobs that are miles away, the customer usually cancels this as the driver can take 15 to 20 minutes to get there, customer knows its not worth it, they cancel or sometimes the actual APP cancels, because it thinks we are taking too long. Its the drivers who suffer as a result, as we waste time driving, waste of money, poetrol and time. Viavan invited me in for a meeting to know why i have rejected jobs, i explained the reasons and was told by there staff "Tough". They expect you to accept all jobs even though it means your not making money, This is like a scam, VIavan heavily profit from customer losses, they charge customers no show, The drivers DONT get paid, even though they wasted time/money, all money goes to Viavan. Some customers think viavan is good, Please dont be fooled. I was given a warning to improve, but i decided to delete my account. I would rather see paint dry.

Pros

Better commision then Uber otherwise thats about it.

Cons

Pathetic Operations team, Useless Customer services team, Actual app keeps crashing, Poor Map, They make so many mistakes and it effects your pay.
