      Pay rate was good, decent benefits, healthy budget for equipment and reagents. Solid team of scientists.

      Cons

      QC not qualified, always changing its structure. Upper management (VPs and CEO levels) will lie straight to your face, and lay off other staff for the poor management. Compensation will be at the minimum, thus no value for your career path or future. Either recipharm's acquisition has lead to a rapid downfall, or arranta's bio (also acquired by recipharm) absorption has added terrible management and chaotic collapse. Either way, a lot of hard working people suffered because of upper management poor decision making.
