- competitive salaries - good career progression -values staff and their well being -very good bonus scheme -fun and friendly staff -collabortive work environment
Cons
I can't personally think of anything, this has been the most supportive employer I have ever had. Been a tough time for the events and production industry in general but Vibration has handled this as best as they could and the future looks very promising.
