Pros

Good fellowship among staff. Was some hybrid but that changed.

Cons

Following Ampsight’s acquisition by Vibrint, the former CEO was removed and Chris Whitlock was elevated to VP. Since that transition, I’ve observed leadership practices that raise serious concerns. There is a consistent pattern of unprofessional behavior, including speaking negatively about staff, failing to deliver on promised compensation (salary and bonuses), and overstating relationships and experience within the government and USIC space. These issues are compounded by a leadership style that appears reactive, ego-driven, and at times distrustful of the team. The overall effect is a work environment that lacks accountability, transparency, and trust—ultimately undermining both team performance and organizational credibility.

Pros

Great group of people to work with. Very welcoming company culture. Lots of opportunities on various contracts.

Cons

Getting cleared can take quite some time, but that's out of the company's control and true of any government contractor.
