      Pros

      Good salary relative to cost of living. Mostly nice kids and staff. English speaking office for foreign teachers. Freedom in planning lessons/designing units.

      Cons

      Some current members of middle management (one in particular) are incompetent and passive aggressive (bordering on aggressive). The workload is excessive. The paperwork never ends.
