Community based job so hours and time out in the community are extremely flexible. Great insurance and benefits package. Hire internally first when new positions are available.

Cons

This company is all about numbers and revenue! They don't care about employees nor do the concern themselves with our safety!! Requires you to go the extra mile for certain clients and does not care about others. They do not train you for your position so therefore you are unprepared for unsafe predicaments. Turnover is extremely HIGH so no one in their position knows what to do to guide subordinates. Pay is extremely low and a slap in the face to anyone with a degree. Definitely does not match up with the work you do! Require you to transport clients but then on the other hand tells you its illegal to transport. Still wants you to transport regardless. If you value your safety stay away.

Terrible pay, a lot of gossiping and attitudes among coworkers and supervisors, very unprofessional, no support or protection for staff. Residents do whatever they want to you without consequence. Everyone is trying to cover their own butts. Hostile work environment!!

Experience working with variety of clients with variety of mental health diagnoses.

Cons

Severely toxic supervisors in most programs, including executive team. Basically all the toxic supervisors promote other toxic staff and then they get promoted to Director positions. The Directors and Executive team are protected by one of the most toxic directors there that is over HR. Complaints are dismissed as complaints from disgruntled employees and not taken seriously. The agency is rampant with manipulation, back-stabbing, outright lies, inappropriate professionalism, and not appreciative of their staff. I’ve seen so many top quality staff leave yet the toxic Directors stay and are constantly promoted.
