Pros
The people at VWT are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I met lifelong friends there. The owner has more drive than I've ever seen in an entrepreneur. Period.
Cons
The owner may be too picky when it comes to new hires. He's a perfectionist, and will expect the same from his employees to an extent.
