Owners laid off everyone via a mandatory zoom meeting . Included in lay off NP's, managers, MD and HR staff. There were staff who have been with the company for more than five years also laid off. They blamed it on the government shut down and foresee insurance issues.

Management and director of ops yelling at you on a daily basis ontop of intense work load. Raises/bonuses not given on time and you will get scimped on OT. Mostly a glorified cold-call center. HR is extremely biased and will not help when you make any complaints about management. Staff become easily drained from verbal abuse here causing extremely high turnover rate which HR is aware of.
