Cons
I personally felt these are the major cons that I have experienced while working with this company Chronic stress and burnout are common, as employees are forced to navigate constant office politics and lack of professionalism, leading to exhaustion and decreased motivation. Mental health issues such as anxiety and depression become more prevalent due to persistent negativity, disrespect, and an unsupportive environment. High employee turnover rates, since people are more likely to leave organizations where the culture is toxic and leadership is poor, resulting in increased recruitment and training costs for the company. Decreased productivity and engagement, as employees feel undervalued, distracted by politics, and demotivated by the casual or unprofessional behavior of key teams like Accounts and even the founder. Damage to the company’s reputation, making it difficult to attract and retain top talent, and potentially harming relationships with clients or partners. Lack of psychological safety, where employees are afraid to speak up, share ideas, or report issues due to fear of retaliation or being ignored. Stagnation in skill development and career growth, as the toxic environment stifles creativity, learning opportunities, and recognition for good work. Increased interpersonal conflicts and a hostile work atmosphere, fueled by gossip, favoritism, and unprofessional conduct, which further erodes trust and collaboration among teams
