Pros
You can make mistakes; it is totally acceptable. You only have 300 cases to manage at the same time. Coffee is free. You will do it all by yourself, from scratch, so you will learn. Clients are very demanding.
Cons
The VisaLex system doesn't work at all, but the German CEO wants the staff to use it, despite being aware that it doesn't function properly. Unfortunately, they don't fix the errors. Lack of management in Brazil and the US. Lack of organization, procedures, and management.

The team is excellent, and the staff and management are friendly.
Cons
Tight deadlines and clients who are highly anxious can create a stressful environment.
