Trauma bonded with colleagues was the only thing that me through

No support at all they had two part time students running the whole admin side of the surgical department and when asking for help or additional staff they said this was the stress of the job and you just couldn’t handle it. Extremely old school not technically advanced.

Lets you understand this is not a place to stay employed at for long

avoid. Poor management, purely driven by self-incentives and their KPIs and to only serve the money makers - doctors. No room for personal/career growth. No understanding that it is a system of workers that drives success of the business...
