Supervision and Care Reps personalities leave a lot to be desired. Not professional. Be careful for employee favoritism. No pay raises.

You get to make your own schedule.

Cons

They don't pay mileage or drive time and most jobs are only 1-2 hours each. They wanted me to drive an hour to work for an hour and drive home, asked me many times to do this and I would have actually been losing money!
