Pros

One of the best things about Vitable is you can see the mission show up every single day - in the employees, the caregivers, and the work we all put behind to make health benefits more affordable. Working for such a mission driven company gets me excited and inspired about my role.

Cons

Nothing to note - I'm loving my experience!

Pros

Growth opportunities - only 15% of startups make it to Series A. Vitable is there and the growth potential is there to become a unicorn ($100M sales / $1B valuation) over the next 3-5 years Positive Work Environment - Recognition and Shout-outs are a daily occurrence. Everything from Employee of the Quarter, to Hero-Moments, and Training/Learning Sessions Networking Opportunities - Vitable is backed by notable investors like First Round Capital, Y Combinator, Softbank, Commerce Ventures, Newark Venture Parters, and Citigroup. You have the opportunity to be connected to their networks, including First Round Capitals Mentor/Mentee Program. I've been introduced to executives at Uber and other startups that have helped me to this day with advice and an outlet to bounce ideas off of Impact and Purpose - Vitable is solving a big problem in the US as healthcare for the majority of American's is designed to be sick-care, not healthcare. Vitable will be in the hands of millions of American's over the next few years.

Cons

Work-Life Balance - if you're looking for a 9-5 where you can check out and not think about work, this most likely isn't the job for you. At the same time, you're not responsible for working 60 hours weeks. You're responsible for doing your job and hitting your KPI's. But it's an early stage startup (Series A) and that must be understood.
